Dr. Shikha is a strategic leader driving sustainable transformation across ecosystems. She works at the intersection of innovation, impact, and inclusion, empowering startups, SHGs, FPOs, NGOs, and corporates to create measurable social and environmental value. With expertise in Carbon Markets, ESG, CSR, Public Health and Fundraising, she designs strategies at CSIBW that align profit with purpose, build climate resilience and foster community-led growth. As an Infectious Disease expert and Principal Scientist, Dr. Shikha strengthens Government Health Programs, most notably through her work with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP) and National AIDS and STD Control Program (NACP).

Dr. Kamal Kishore Chopra, Professor

Dr. Kamal Chopra is a distinguished Tuberculosis expert and former Director of the New Delhi Tuberculosis Centre (NDTB), the State Tuberculosis Training and Demonstration Centre (STDC) and Intermediate Reference Laboratory (IRL) under the National TB Elimination Program (NTEP). With an MD in TB & Chest Diseases and a Diploma in TB Control & Epidemiology (Tokyo), Dr. Chopra has been a driving force in advancing operational research, high-impact trainings, capacity building, and Quality-Assured TB diagnostics across India. A trusted voice in the fight against TB, he has represented NTEP on prestigious national and international platforms, influencing policy decisions and showcasing India’s research innovations to the global community.

Dr. Pratik Kumar, Project Director

Dr. Pratik Kumar is a public health specialist with 13+ years of experience driving transformational impact across Tuberculosis elimination, vector-borne disease surveillance, One Health integration and AMR containment. His expertise spans diagnostic ecosystem strengthening, quality-assured laboratory networks, molecular platforms, biosafety systems, and evidence-driven public health policymaking. With contributions across flagship national programs including NTEP, NCVBDC, and the Centre for One Health, he advances harmonized, cross-sectoral frameworks that enhance early detection, resilience, and programmatic decision-making. Guided by a systems-thinking approach, Dr. Pratik shapes national priorities in infectious disease control by embedding quality, innovation, and risk-responsive strategies at the core of laboratory and public health ecosystems.

Dr. Pratibha Periwal, Project Manager

Dr. Pratibha brings a strong blend of program management acumen, scientific expertise, and on-ground coordination skills. She is recognized for her leadership, structured work style, and her ability to manage teams, timelines, and multi-stakeholder responsibilities with exceptional professionalism. With a PhD in Organic Chemistry, Dr. Pratibha is a dedicated researcher with expertise in synthetic methodologies, analytical approaches and research-oriented problem-solving. With professional experience in advanced analytical instrumentation, she has established a solid technical background and contributed to laboratory operations, method development, data interpretation, and quality assurance.

Mr. Mahesh Kumar, Project Coordinator

Mr. Mahesh Kumar combines strong project coordination skills with deep expertise in geospatial analytics, environmental assessment and landscape-level planning. He ensures seamless flow of information, alignment of activities, and timely execution across multiple teams, partners, and field units critical for a multi-stakeholder project. Mr. Mahesh brings advanced technical capabilities, including the development of high-resolution village, watershed, land use land cover (LULC), soil-type, slope, and contour maps that form the spatial foundation for all planning interventions.

Ms. Vaani Mehta, Community Manager

Ms. Vaani Mehta brings a strong grounding in sustainable development spanning policy, finance and environmental planning paired with the ability to translate national frameworks into meaningful state-level action priorities in climate resilience, waste management and green rural growth. She has hands-on field experience across diverse projects, contributing to data collection, stakeholder engagement and on-ground assessments.
